We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. At this time, international shipping is not available.

2. Delivery Timeframe

• Lagos & Major Cities: 1–3 business days

• Other Locations in Nigeria: 3–7 business days

• Custom/Special Orders: Delivery times may vary and will be communicated during the order process.

Please note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Fees

Delivery charges vary based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. Applicable fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Depending on your location, you may receive your package via:

• GIG Logistics

• DHL, FedEx, or other third-party couriers

6. Missed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver after two (2) attempts, your package may be returned to us. You may need to cover the cost of re-delivery.

8. Delivery Issues or Damaged Goods
