You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if:

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method (bank transfer, card, etc.).
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us and we’ll arrange it promptly.
Certain categories are non-returnable:

Intimate or personal care items
Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products
Custom-made or personalized products
If the return is due to our fault (wrong or defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.
If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (e.g. change of mind), the buyer bears the return shipping cost.
