1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• You have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).

Note: Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or custom order reasons (see section 5).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds will be made to your original payment method (bank transfer, card, etc.).

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us and we’ll arrange it promptly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories are non-returnable:

• Intimate or personal care items

• Gift cards

• Downloadable software or digital products

• Custom-made or personalized products

6. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our fault (wrong or defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (e.g. change of mind), the buyer bears the return shipping cost.
